● Last receipt of the Real Estate Tax (IBI)
● Certificate of being up to date on community expenses issued by the Administrator of the same
● National Identity Document (DNI)
● Powers of attorney when the farm belongs to a company or another natural person
● It is advisable to provide the latest bills for electricity, water, etc., for the change of direct debit
● Current file of the technical inspection of the building (ITE)
● Energy certification
● Value Added Tax (VAT), 10% on the declared value of the property in the deed.
● Tax on Documented Legal Acts, which will be 0.5%, on the declared value, or the type of tax established by the Autonomous Community in which the home is located.
USED HOME PURCHASE
● Property Transfer Tax that is paid to the Autonomous Community in which the home is located. 6% on the value of the home in the deed or the rate established by the Autonomous Community.
